All financial transactions on z222 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z222 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. z222 does not impose any platform-side transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount at z222 is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are normally credited to your z222 balance within two minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, z222 will investigate and credit the deposit within 24 hours upon receipt of a valid payment confirmation reference.
• z222 does not accept deposits from credit facilities. Only funds from debit-type accounts or mobile wallet balances held in your name are accepted.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure payment trail consistency.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will require the player to either forfeit the bonus or complete the applicable playthrough conditions first.
• z222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays observed in Pakistan, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Independence Day, and Pakistan Day.
• z222 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

z222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions tied to PSL and international cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement ("playthrough") which must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Applicable playthrough requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are only available to players whose accounts have passed KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• z222 reserves the right to set minimum odds requirements on sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing wagers. Real money balance is not consumed until all bonus balance has been wagered.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• z222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently remove any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players with a bonus already active at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be permitted to complete that bonus under the original terms.

All casino games available on z222 — including slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Andar Bahar — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed physical dealing equipment, depending on the game type. z222 only partners with game providers whose RNG systems hold current certification from recognised independent testing laboratories.

For sports betting markets, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds are subject to change before a bet is placed but will not change once a bet confirmation has been issued.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation — including PSL fixtures, international cricket series, or UFC events — z222 will apply its standard void and refund policy as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• z222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, where the bet was placed after an event outcome was already determined, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may be reduced for specific events at z222's discretion.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or a live betting event, z222's server records will be used to determine the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game round was incomplete at the time of disconnection, z222 will resolve the round based on its recorded state. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

z222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and the Company. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the z222 Privacy Policy.

z222 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist z222 in delivering its services — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and IT infrastructure providers — under strict data processing agreements that prohibit further disclosure.

z222 may be required by law or by the terms of its international gaming licence to disclose certain player data to regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities. In such cases, z222 will comply with applicable legal obligations without prior notice to the affected player.

z222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where the Company determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account activity raises concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The player has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account would expose z222 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated due to a Terms breach, z222 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

z222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — z222 will notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account or via a platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of z222 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using z222 services and request account closure before the effective date. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to z222 services, game outcomes, bonus terms, or payment transactions, you must first contact z222 customer support via live chat and submit your complaint in writing. z222 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.

z222's records — including bet logs, transaction history, and account activity — shall serve as the primary reference point for resolving disputes. In cases involving game outcomes, the certified RNG provider's server-side logs will be consulted and their findings will be considered conclusive.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of z222 are governed by the laws applicable under z222's international gaming licence framework. You agree that any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming arbitration body, and that you waive any right to participate in a class-action proceeding against z222.
